The Graduate Building Surveyor's role:
The team is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Building Surveyor who is eager to support complex projects and gain training and experience from the Director and Senior Building Surveyors in the following areas:
Preparing reports on condition, defect repairs, and maintenance plans Prepare and serve party wall notices and awards Project management and administer contracts on repair and refurb projects
Project wise, the successful Graduate Building Surveyor will mainly be working on luxury, high-end residential properties, as well as some important housing association schemes.
The Graduate Building Surveyor should have:
Completed a Building Surveying degree Minimum of 6 months Building Surveying experience Any UK residential project experience would be a plus Eager to achieve MRICS Driving licence
