A unique Construction Consultancy in Southwest London is seeking a personable Graduate Building Surveyor who is eager for responsibility and has a willingness to achieve MRICS. The Graduate Building Surveyor’s role The team is seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Building Surveyor who is eager to support complex projects and gain training and experience from the Director and Senior Building Surveyors in the following areas: Preparing reports on condition, defect repairs and maintenance plans Prepare and serve party wall notices and awards Project management and administer contracts on repair and refurb projects Project wise, the successful Graduate Building Surveyor will mainly be working on luxury, high-end residential properties, as well as some important housing association schemes.
