We are seeking to recruit a Graduate to join our growing Building Surveying Team in London.

Skills + Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience of working within a Surveying practice and have the proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of London would be beneficial but is not essential. The Role

The role will primarily involve undertaking a variety of property inspections and surveys for a varied range of Technical Services clients from London and the surrounding areas. This is a great opportunity to work on a number of exciting projects. Our aim is to provide candidates with the necessary training and experience to allow them to sit examinations/professional assessments with confidence, directed and supervised by our in-house APC Counsellors/Supervisors. Role Requirements

Relevant BSc in Building Surveying/ Built Environment/ Construction is required. Ideally, candidates will be close to sitting their APC. Experience of undertaking property inspections, surveys, EPC, dilapidations, project management, and contract administration is sought-after but not essential. Ability to maintain up-to-date knowledge of the current property market and economy, the Firm’s products, services, and processes to deliver excellent client care. How to Apply
