Train and use application of standard forms of building contracts, such as JCT and NEC Train and work on project management and Contract Administration duties Train and work on defect analysis, undertake building surveys (level 2 & 3 commercial) and produce reports. Understand/Learn the principles of quality, safety and the environment within projects The Successful Graduate Building Surveyor Will Have:
