Graduate Building Surveyor, London, Up to £38000 pa Description As the Graduate Building Surveyor, you will support 2 Directors advising clients on their property portfolios (representing both occupiers and investors). This is a great opportunity for a RICS accredited Graduate looking to pursue their APC in a role that provides the Graduate with significant autonomy. Key Responsibilities: Carry out property inspections (across asset classes). Undertake Building Surveys, Defect Analysis, Dilapidation Surveys, and Schedule of Condition Surveys. Support the team in developing new business opportunities. What We’re Looking For: Preferably prior experience of undertaking property inspections, surveys, EPC, dilapidations, project management, and contract administration. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Client-facing individual.
