Graduate Building Surveyor, London, Up to £38000 pa Description As the Graduate Building Surveyor, you will support 2 Directors advising clients on their property portfolios (representing both occupiers and investors). This is a great opportunity for a RICS accredited Graduate looking to pursue their APC in a role that provides the Graduate with significant autonomy. Key Responsibilities: Carry out property inspections (across asset classes). Undertaking Building Surveys + Defect Analysis, Dilapidation Surveys and Schedule of Condition Surveys. Support the team in developing new business opportunities. What We’re Looking For: Preferably prior experience of undertaking property inspections, surveys, EPC, dilapidations, project management and contract administration. Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Client facing individual.
