Job Description:
We are looking for graduates to be part of our ambitious business transformation program. You’ll have an interest in the UK's ‘clean energy revolution’ and an appetite to develop.
You’ll embark on a 2-year programme where you can kick start a rewarding career, joining a diverse and welcoming team, and where you can really make a difference.

What you'll do in the first year:
As a Graduate Business Transformation Manager, you will play an important role and have the opportunity to contribute straight away. Throughout your first year, you will be:
Applying your analytical skills to help us understand root cause analysis for business problems, defining business outcomes, and achieving them in simpler, smarter, and more efficient ways.
Project managing transformation projects that shape the future of our business.
Using entrepreneurial and commercial skills to source, collate, and interpret data to contribute to the creation of Business Cases.
Leading change by introducing complex change to large operational teams, arranging training, developing communication plans, and developing monitoring to sustain the change.
What you'll do in the second year:
As you progress, your learning and career journey will broaden, providing you with rich experience across our international business. In your second year, your development will be augmented with:

Opportunity to work with BDR Thermea and our global transformation office, and across our European footprint.
As you come to the end of year 2, you’ll be working with your career mentor to ready for a position of accountability and increased autonomy, developing skills such as:

Education and Experience:
We’re looking for driven individuals who are eager to contribute to our exciting transformation and have the ambition to grow their skillset. To succeed, you’ll need to bring:
A 2:1 degree in any discipline
Excellent communication skills with fluent English
IT proficiency
An ability to work collaboratively
Motivation to take on new things, and to challenge how things work
Commercial aptitude and entrepreneurial skills
An analytical mind and the ability to learn quickly
