Quality Advice – Quality Service . Your training will include spending time in class completing the exam modules alongside working within our modern office in Berwick-upon-Tweed. Our ambitious training programme supports you towards becoming a professionally qualified chartered accountant with ongoing mentoring and experience across our services, including financial accounting, tax consultancy, audit, and assurance. On completion of this training, your role will involve the preparation of financial accounts for a varied client portfolio, ensuring compliance with statutory reporting requirements. You will work towards a leadership role in managing trainee-chartered accountants, focusing on accuracy and efficiency in account preparation, financial statement reviews, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards. Key Responsibilities: Account Preparation:

Learn to prepare annual statutory accounts, financial statements, and management accounts for various clients. Tax Advisory:

Provide expert advice on tax issues, ensuring compliance with current tax laws and regulations. Client Relationships:

Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and service excellence. Financial Reporting:

Produce financial reports compliant with accounting standards. Teamwork:

Work within supervised teams to deliver high-quality financial reports. Process:

Adhere to efficient processes for account preparation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Business Advisory:

Provide guidance on financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management. Compliance:

Ensure all financial statements adhere to relevant regulations and standards. Key Requirements: Qualifications:

At least a 2:1 degree (obtained or predicted) in any discipline or the full AAT qualification. Client-Focused:

Ability to meet client expectations. Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Attention to Detail:

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail. IT Skills:
