• Working as part of the Commercial team on nominated shipping line accounts. Providing support by dealing with the customer directly on selected day-to-day issues.
• Report on potential new business opportunities derived from external contacts and media sources.
• Maintain close working relationships to allow continual improvement.
• Establish relationships & build rapport with customers at the appropriate level of contact. Through regular dialogue with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills and requirements

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree.
