The Role: Sourcing top-tier candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networking. Developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients, constantly expanding your talent pool and network. Understanding clients and their specific needs. Developing an in-depth market knowledge to establish yourself as a strong recruiter within the space. Managing and achieving your targets. Conducting virtual and in-person client meetings and candidate interviews. The Benefits: Base salary £30,000 + Uncapped Commission Structure.
