CyberSecurity Service Delivery Consultant - Graduate Considered (must be available for start between Jan - Mar) We are excited to be recruiting for a Service Delivery Consultant role working for an industry-leading cybersecurity company based in London, providing the opportunity to work remotely. Already well-established within the cyber-security sector, they have experienced rapid sales in 2023 & 2024, which has opened up several career opportunities for cybersecurity professionals. This role is working within the dynamic and varied Ops team delivering an excellent service to clients while offering a clear path for progression and an exciting career trajectory ahead. Location:

Fully remote (must be UK based) Salary:

Circa £40,000 per annum Requirements for Service Delivery Consultant - CyberSecurity: At least one year of commercial experience in a client-facing role with a cybersecurity focus (e.g., Consultant, Account Manager, Customer Support, Service Delivery). A strong academic history including a 2.1 or 1st class degree in Computer Science or CyberSecurity, or a closely related subject (2.2 may be considered if from a prestigious university). Achieved at least ABB at A Level or equivalent UCAS points. Strong knowledge within cybersecurity. Any experience in SOC is beneficial. Brilliant communication skills – this role involves interacting with both internal colleagues and external clients. A passion for working in a dynamic start-up environment where you will gain a breadth of skills. A hardworking, self-starter attitude is vital given the start-up and remote nature of the role. A passion for problem-solving and technology. Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows OS and Active Directory. Responsibilities for Service Delivery Consultant - CyberSecurity: Working within Service Delivery in the Operations Team, you will cover three main areas within the business: Manage client relationships. Work on Security Roadmaps for Clients. Provide post-sales technical support & troubleshooting of issues. Perform IT administration and sysadmin tasks.
