Graduate Design/ Civil Engineer

Elvet Recruitment are recruiting for a Design/ Civil Engineer on behalf of a rapidly expanding Construction and Infrastructure business. Our client are looking for a passionate and dynamic Design / Civil Engineer to come in and work on the Yorkshire Water Framework. Projects involve a scope of projects within the water industry, therefore the ideal candidate will have experience working within the water sector, clean or waste water. This main contractor has grown rapidly in the past couple of years and has secured a lot of work for the future coming years. Duties as Design Engineer: Detailed design work on water projects: waste water and clean water. Allocating and managing CAD output from technicians. Represent company in meetings, client & stakeholder interactions. Undertake site visits to gather information & data. Working with Project Managers to ensure smooth delivery on site. Documentation & drawing reviews. Experience Required as Design Engineer: Must have experience working as Design Engineer for a civil engineering contractor delivering water projects as part of a water framework. Preferably have experience dealing with Yorkshire Water, Severn Trent Water etc. as client. Preferably have knowledge with waste & clean water design Must have fluent IT & English writing skills. Experience with AutoCAD beneficial.
