The Company My client is a world-leading manufacturer seeking a skilled Mechanical bias Graduate Engineer to join a dynamic team dedicated to creating custom design solutions for specialised products. In this role, you will develop tailored designs to meet technical and commercial requirements while working closely with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are optimised for efficient production and aligned with best practices. This client does not offer sponsorship and requires all candidates to have a UK or EU passport. Responsibilities: Create and deliver customised design solutions for client needs. Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure production-ready designs. Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance for product-related inquiries. Conduct market research and perform product testing to support development. Manage multiple projects under the supervision of senior team members. The Candidate Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or equivalent qualification (minimum HND level). Full right to work in the UK (not student visa). Basic understanding of electrical principles. Proficiency in 3D modeling, with SolidWorks experience preferred. Ability to manage a dynamic workload with a flexible approach to challenges. Strong teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with electro-pneumatic control systems, including circuit diagrams. Experience designing jigs, fixtures, tooling, mechatronics, or special-purpose machinery would be advantageous.
