Up to £40,000 per annum plus pension Our client is a long-established privately-owned specialist sub contractor, who are enjoying a period of planned expansion. They have an impressive client base and strong order book which has created an opening for an ambitious CAD designer to join their design team. The role will be office-based producing drawings using CAD, predominantly in 2D but as the use of BIM and Revit increases along with client demand, the necessity to produce 3D drawings using 3D Solidworks is key. Candidates from a “Product Design” background or manufacturing will have a good understanding of the required level of detailing. Key criteria: Recent graduate and proficient with 2D/3D CAD Construction Industry experience Advantageous - ability to produce 3D drawings using Solidworks Candidates must already be living within a daily commute of their offices in Hertfordshire.
