Job Description Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive online sales Enhance online customer engagement through innovative marketing campaigns Monitor and analyse online sales and customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities Update website content via the CMS Engage in SEO implementation Work with internal and external stakeholders to improve e-commerce operations Produce regular reports analysing e-commerce KPIs Supporting at photoshoots Keep up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies and propose new ideas for growth The Successful Applicant A successful Graduate E-Commerce Assistant should have: A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Knowledge and understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing principles Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and tools Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret e-commerce data Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team A passion for the Fashion industry and a desire to learn and grow What's on Offer Salary of £24,500 Hands-on training and mentoring to develop your practice A chance to work in the vibrant and fast-paced FMCG industry Opportunities for professional growth and development A supportive and inclusive company culture
