Graduate EA / Project Assistant– Central London A leading executive search firm working across all industry sectors is looking for a graduate EA/ Project Coordinator.

Looking for a minimum of 2-3 years professional services experience within a client-centric environment where client and relationship management is key! Ideally, Executive search experience is preferred. Must have the core skills of working in a fast-paced environment, relationship & client management experience with a can-do attitude and top-notch communication skills. They require a Project Coordinator / EA with exceptional organisation skills, the ability to work on multiple projects in an extremely pacey environment. The ability to change priorities whilst remaining calm and focused is essential. Must be able to manage upwards. Must have extremely strong communication and document production skills, along with excellent relationship building skills, initiative, and pace. Key Duties: Oversee the process for each mandate/assignment and keep every step of the process on track Proactively manage the team’s efforts to ensure they are moving the assignment/project forward Inform the team of any critical updates related to client expectations or candidate pipeline Schedule all business-related meetings, calls, and interviews Complex and ever-changing diary management Project Communication & Documentation Create, edit, and format all client-facing documents Maintain excellent relationships with firm members, clients, prospects, and candidates to achieve the highest levels of customer service Serve as the external liaison between the Execs and their clients and their extended team Minimum Requirements 2 years minimum experience within Executive Search or Management Consultancy. The ability to work within a team and a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. Proficient IT skills including experience of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Must have strong educational credentials - ideally degree educated or equivalent.

Looking for someone confident, upbeat, with a super flexible attitude where nothing is too much trouble. This is a social environment, so someone with an outgoing personality, who is super engaging would work well.
