The role includes commissioning and fault-finding at customers' sites, requiring regular UK-wide travel and spending nights away. Checking electrical installations and fault finding Calibrating electrical and mechanical systems Configuring the CADET V14 software Creation/modification of system configurations and software Performing test runs, gathering results Developing automation sequences Commissioning systems Providing customer training Largely site-based, both within the UK and worldwide Requirements
Local to Worcestershire office Degree in Electronic & Electrical Engineering Ability to follow electrical drawings Programming or software development experience in C# or Visual Basic Willing & able to work away from home Typically 80% customer site-based, with an average of 2-3 overseas trips per year Full UK driving licence Indefinite UK right to work Benefits
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 PA depending on experience Company car allowance (after probation period) Overtime above 39 hours per week Flexi time when office-based. Core hours of 10am - 4pm Monday - Thursday, 10am - 2:30pm Friday Available to work away Monday - Friday as required Site/overnight/travel expenses paid in line with company policy No weekend working requirements Career progression into senior commissioning or automation roles
