Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Graduate Electronics Engineer to join our dynamic team in Crawley. The successful candidate will be involved in the entire lifecycle of our products, from conception through to delivery, ensuring they meet stringent requirements and customer expectations. This is an ideal role for a recent graduate eager to develop hands-on experience in a challenging and rewarding field. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the design team to develop power supply solutions that are optimised for performance, reliability, and EMC compliance. Assist with the prototyping of new designs and contribute to problem-solving during the development stage. Conduct a range of tests and validations of the power supplies to ensure they meet the required specifications, including in harsh environmental conditions. Analyse test data, prepare technical reports, and make recommendations for design modifications where needed. Work closely with the production team to support the transition from prototype to low volume manufacture, ensuring the final product meets quality standards. Maintain thorough documentation throughout the design and development process in accordance with industry standards. Stay informed of the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electronic power supply design. Provide technical support to customers and address any post-sales technical inquiries or issues that may arise. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a similar field. Strong foundational knowledge of electronic design principles, including EMC considerations. Hands-on experience with electronic design and simulation software. Understanding of the testing and validation processes specific to electronic components/products. Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams and to communicate complex technical concepts effectively. Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills when faced with design challenges. Eagerness to learn and grow professionally in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational, analytical, and technical report-writing skills. Legal right to work in the UK.
