engineering career

in a fast-paced, project execution environment. Expect excellent training, and the opportunity to learn from some of the most inspiring Managers and Engineers in the industry! In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Located out of our modern state-of-the-art Leicester office you will partake in an 18-month programme that has been designed to offer the skills and knowledge you need to immediately add value and contribute to meeting the needs of our premier clients. The program will commence with an initial

six-week technology boot camp

in

the European Engineering Hub in Cluj, Romania , which will provide you with a

solid technical foundation

across a range of Emerson products and services, followed by rotational placements in the business to gain varying engineering experience. To maximise your personal experience, you will be provided with a Mentor and Buddy, who will help you create the opportunities to engage and learn from our Executive Management, as well as some of the best Technical Leaders in the industry, giving you an unrivalled introduction to the industry and our business. Working alongside some of our most experienced Engineers on our day-to-day business and projects, your ideas will help the team to solve complex challenges and break new ground via innovative solutions. You will build a broad knowledge base and hone your skills through the immersive Emerson e-learning platform that is built around your needs, combined with exposure to Product & Systems Specialists. Upon completion of the program, you will transition into the role of an Engineer. You will gain valuable experience and support needed to start your journey towards achieving Chartered Engineer status. You will be required to live within a commutable distance of our Leicester office (or be willing to relocate). Who You Are:

For This Role, You Will Need:

Be on course to achieve a Bachelors Degree or Masters in a STEM discipline, with a graduation date between 2024- 2025. Be motivated and curious with a strong desire to succeed. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Flexibility to travel throughout the UK & Ireland and abroad. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
