The Graduate Minerals and Environmental Planner will play a vital role in supporting planning and environmental initiatives. Responsibilities will include preparing planning applications, supporting statements, Environmental Impact Assessments (EIAs), and environmental appraisals. The Planner will also contribute to annual monitoring reports, engage in internal and external meetings—including public exhibitions—and provide assistance to site teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic field while collaborating with experienced professionals. To be considered for this role you will have: A Degree in a relevant discipline (Geography, Environmental Science, Town and Country Planning, or similar) Basic knowledge of UK planning policy and legislation, preferably including EIA legislation Ability to work independently and manage pressure effectively Report writing and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint A valid UK Driving Licence, with the confidence to travel to various sites in the Southeast and Greater London area The company offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a company car and coverage for work-related mileage and servicing.
