£30,000 (including progression opportunities)

Role & Responsibilities Review and complete tender enquiries for dry lining work. Work closely with other members of the commercial team including Commercial Manager and Quantity Surveyors. Attend site to carry out valuations, variations and site meetings. Complete cost value reports and final accounts. Procurement of raw materials and plant for site. Ensure projects are completed within budget.
About the Company Specialist dry lining contractor with project values ranging from £500k to £2M. Focuses on commercial projects, such as care homes and apartments. A small but rapidly growing business with significant expansion plans.
Required Knowledge & Experience BSc Quantity surveying or studying towards. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word. Full UK driving license.
