You will sell the candidates on current job opportunities you are working on and place them into your clients' hands (i.e.
JP Morgan ,
BlackRock ,
KKR , etc.). You will be paid in the form of commission for successful placements. The Benefits Base Salary of 35k. Excellent commission structure ( Y1 50k ,
Y2 120k ,
Y3 230k ,
