A growing Fire Consultancy, located near St James's Park, is seeking an ambitious Graduate Fire Engineer to join their newly developed Fire Engineering team. With over 45 professionals across the wider business, this is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced Fire Engineers and Safety Consultants on a diverse portfolio of projects.

The Graduate Fire Engineer's Role As a Graduate Fire Engineer, you will contribute to delivering tailored fire safety solutions to clients across a range of sectors. From private residential developments, including both low- and high-rise blocks of flats, to commercial properties, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects meet regulatory standards and achieve the highest levels of fire safety. Your responsibilities will include: Developing Fire Strategies, reports, technical notes, sketches, and all necessary support for calculations using the latest modelling software. Reviewing building designs and design elements. Being client-facing, attending important meetings with clients, design teams, and statutory authorities. Project Management of Fire Engineering projects. Fire Strategy preparation. The Graduate Fire Engineer will have A degree in Fire Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. A basic understanding of UK fire safety regulations (e.g., Approved Document B and BS 9999). A proactive attitude and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively. Familiarity with fire modelling software is desirable but not essential.
