We are currently recruiting a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer to join a growing geotechnical team in our Eshe Office. The Opportunity The Geotechnical team in Esher are currently working on a range of exciting projects including key opportunities to work on multiple renewable energy schemes. To support us on these and other projects we are looking for a candidate with a strong desire to learn and be able to work as part of a team, supporting the geotechnical engineers with the design delivery. The selected candidate will be enrolled onto our Graduate Training Scheme, which is fully accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers, you will be fully supported to achieve professional chartership and helped through the process by our in-house Professional Development Manager. During your time as a graduate, you will be working alongside some of the best engineers in the industry, on exciting and challenging projects. We will be there to encourage collaborative behaviours and support your individual personal and professional growth. Qualifications MEng or MSc BEng Considered Desirable Preference for the candidate to be interested in Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Engineering Geology. If on a MEng, then Geotechnical modules should have been studied. Key Skills Strong desire to excel through learning/sharing ideas. Looking to start work between December 2024 and January 2025 Enthusiastic and hard-working Ability to structure and prioritise work effectively through close cooperation with the team. Ability to work within a forward-thinking team environment. Ability to communicate effectively.
