The Role Your role will be supporting customers with their enquiries as well as helping to identify and manage sales opportunities working with globally recognised manufacturers. Liaising and being first line of contact for customers via telephone and email. Being involved with all product and customer promotions. Prospect calling and new account engagement. Growing and managing key accounts from an internal position. Dealing with customer enquiries, offering a high standard of customer service with meticulous attention to detail. Maintaining customer account data, keeping records up to date. Run regular reports for internal use and customers. Liaise with External Sales Team, other departments and manufacturers as required. The Candidate Hold an engineering qualification. Strong communicational skills. Confident in handling customer enquiries via email and telephone. An understanding of automation or PLCs. Previous sales experience would be hugely beneficial. Willingness to learn. Salary The salary offered for this position is £18,000- £28,000 depending on whether a candidate can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
