We are looking for a

Graduate Lead Educator

to join our childcare team in March 2025. This is a full-time position and your responsibilities would include: Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with the Aistear curriculum in a Preschool Room with children attending on a sessional & full day care basis. Fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment. Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues. Maintaining compliance with childcare regulations and health & safety standards. Requirements: Minimum Level 7 qualification in Early Childhood Education & Care. 38 to 40 hours per week. In-depth knowledge of the Aistear and Siolta frameworks. A genuine love for working with children. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
