Perform testing and calibration on production instruments to ensure compliance with quality and production specifications. Diagnose and repair instruments returned by customers, including fault-finding to component level and performing local rework as required. Collaborate with the R&D team to provide design-for-manufacturing guidance and support the transition of new products to production, ensuring stability and efficiency. Assist design engineers and contract manufacturers with testing, fault-finding, and repairing complex analogue and high-speed digital circuits.
