This thriving South Wales manufacturer has an enviable reputation for design excellence and is a supplier of choice for many of the world's leading equipment manufacturers. They are currently looking to recruit another Graduate Engineer to further strengthen their Product Development function.

Role & Responsibilities: Based in the Design and Development team, your main focus will be on product Simulation and Test. This will involve the Simulation of Mechanical behaviour of components, using Ansys. Operating and contributing to the maintenance of several test rigs. Use CFD to simulate hot gas and liquid flow in fluid transfer components. Support design decisions for new products based upon simulation and test results. Interpretation of experimental performance data to aid prediction and correlation. Occasionally travel to customer sites.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience: Degree Qualified in Mechanical or similar. Good knowledge of fluid mechanics. FEA and CFD would be advantageous.
