The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a leading global engineering company. The successful candidate will be pivotal in handling technical queries, analysing product issues, performing product testing for clients and subsidiaries, and preparing comprehensive technical documentation. Additionally, the role will involve developing and delivering training sessions, conducting market research on industry trends and competitors, and providing support for the introduction of new products. This is a fantastic opportunity for an engineer eager to thrive in a forward-thinking, innovative, and fast-paced technical setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to customers, subsidiaries, and global teams. Investigate and resolve product claims. Conduct product testing and create detailed technical documentation. Research market trends and competitor activities. Develop and deliver training programs. Support the introduction of new products into the European market. Collaborate with global development teams to deliver innovative solutions. Required Qualifications and Skills: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related qualification (HND minimum). Strong project planning and management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience in writing technical reports and documentation. Ability to work independently and within a team. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Willingness to travel within Europe when required.
