Graduate Mechanical Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join a dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive M&E surveys, managing the end-of-life cycle of mechanical and electrical systems, and providing detailed reports and cost analyses for system replacements and repairs. Key Responsibilities: Conduct M&E surveys to assess the condition of mechanical and electrical systems within buildings and infrastructure. Manage the end-of-life cycle of key systems, including boilers, fire alarms, and lighting. Provide detailed analysis and recommendations on system replacements and repairs, ensuring optimal performance and cost efficiency. Prepare and present comprehensive reports using Microsoft Word, detailing findings and recommendations. Develop and manage capital expenditure (CapEx) plans in Excel, forecasting costs for system replacements and upgrades. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations. Support the development of sustainable and energy-efficient solutions in line with client and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Strong background in M&E engineering with experience in conducting surveys and condition assessments. Proficiency in report writing, with excellent attention to detail and clarity in presenting technical information. Advanced skills in Microsoft Word for report preparation and Excel for CapEx planning and cost analysis. Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including boilers, fire alarms, and lighting. Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
