They design innovative, flexible, and energy-efficient solutions for hospitals, schools, universities, public buildings, as well as commercial and industrial projects across the UK. With five offices across the South and a team of over 80 professionals, the business is expanding its teams due to a surge of new and exciting projects.
Recently, they've secured places on several of the UK's major frameworks, allowing them to assist Local Authorities, Developers and the MOD in achieving carbon net zero. The business is extremely keen on promoting from within. The goal is for the individual to progress into a Senior position, with opportunities to lead their own projects and engage more with the client side of the business.
They are looking for a motivated Graduate Mechanical Engineer / Design Engineer with a passion for Building Services, Energy, Decarbonisation or Sustainability. The company has a track record of nurturing and developing graduates across all five of their offices. The company offers flexibility to its employees in terms of work location, whether from home or the office.
Graduate Mechanical Engineer / Design Engineer package: £30,000 - £35,000 Base Salary 25 days holiday + bank holidays Annual performance-related bonus Travel mileage claim Pension Opportunity and support to work towards career-based qualifications / chartership
