We are experiencing significant growth and seeking a talented Graduate Engineer to join our team. Role & Responsibilities: Machining & Manufacturing: Operate and program CNC machines (6-axis lathe, 3-axis milling) to produce high-quality components. Set up tooling, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to tight tolerances. Develop and implement tooling plates and jigs to optimize manufacturing processes. Manage the production of both in-house and imported components. Product Development & Innovation: Contribute to the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to prototyping and testing. Design and develop new products using Solidworks and Fusion 360 CAM. Conduct rapid prototyping and rigorous product testing. Support the Assembly team with design and manufacturing of jigs and tooling. Quality Assurance: Inspect and verify the quality of all components to ensure they meet stringent specifications. Collaborate with the Assembly Manager to ensure smooth and efficient production. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (minimum 2:1) Strong interest in product invention and development Experience with CNC programming, tooling setups, and machine operation (multi-axis experience preferred) Proficiency in CAD software (Solidworks preferred) Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings Experience with developing mechanical models or devices (personal projects a plus) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities Benefits: Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects and contribute to company growth.
