Working with senior engineers and consultants, the Graduate Engineer will: Deliver engineering tasks including engineering design and analysis of innovative equipment for offshore energy, marine renewables, energy transition and utility sectors. Collate model details, input data and results into client reports. Support analysis of test and performance data for technology qualification and reliability improvement. Skills Profile
Ability to use 3-D CAD software. Excellent numerical and analytical skills, including understanding of, and ability to use Finite Element Analysis software. A proactive and creative approach to tasks and excellent engineering problem-solving skills. Proficient use of MS Office. Excellent communication skills both written and oral. Ability to work both independently and as part of a small team with good interpersonal skills. Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize. Experience of ANSYS Finite Element Analysis software and 3-D CAD Inventor. Experience of MathCad, MS Project, Power BI, and Power Query. Familiarity with Python, VBA, or MATLAB. Awareness of reliability techniques (e.g. FMECA, FTA, ETA, RAM analysis). Qualifications
First or upper second-class honors degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. Eligibility to work in the UK.
