Our client, a world leader in supplying analytical software to the Logistics, Manufacturing, and Distribution sectors, is looking for a bright and enthusiastic graduate who has recently finished their degree and is seeking an exciting and rewarding career.
The role starts at £20,000 and will increase to £25,000 within the first 6 months. During this time, you will earn bonuses (e.g., £20 per appointment and £200 if the salesperson closes the deal). After 12 months, you will have a basic salary of £30,000 with additional bonuses.
The organization values enthusiasm and intelligence over experience. The role will involve learning and spending time in all sectors of the business, including Software Support, Logistics and Supply Chain Knowledge, Sales, Service, and Marketing. After gaining experience in these different sectors, you will develop a career in Sales. The client has stated that within 5 years, you could be earning over £100,000.
Sales can have huge highs and lows; please consider this when applying. The software is very analytical and requires time to understand how it operates and increases business profitability, time, and costs.
You will be working business hours, Monday to Friday, within the offices in Warrington, close to the town center. There will be opportunities for rapid progression within the business, learning different functions and how a successful international business operates.
