About the Graduate Packaging Developer job Working closely with the Head of Technical and NPD, you'll create innovative packaging solutions, collaborate with customers and suppliers on artwork and development, and manage online retailer packaging data. Be the vital link between creativity and functionality in this company’s packaging process. Key tasks Develop and optimize packaging materials for new and existing products, ensuring innovation and sustainability. Support the Commercial team with customer packaging inquiries, including artwork proofing and process coordination. Manage retailer online data, maintain accuracy, and ensure new packaging is tested and compliant with legislation. Build supplier relationships, stay updated on packaging trends, and drive cost-effective best practices. About You A creative graduate interested in packaging within the food industry. Passion for innovation and creativity in packaging design. Eagerness to learn and develop skills in packaging development. Interest in sustainable materials and processes. Strong teamwork and communication skills. More details The Graduate Packaging Developer job (ref:8813) is based in Boston, Lincolnshire and is paying £28,000 + bonus according to your experience. The package includes company pension, cycle to work scheme, employee discount, health & wellbeing program, life insurance, on-site parking, hybrid working, joining bonus, and performance bonus. The working week is Monday to Friday.
