Boyer (part of the Leaders Romans Group) is excited to open our application process for new Graduate Town Planners to join each of our offices, based in Cardiff, Colchester, London, the Midlands and Wokingham from September 2025. Boyer are a leading multidisciplinary planning and development consultancy who deliver successful developments across the UK.

With a creative, dynamic and collaborative culture, you will work alongside our team and a wide range of clients on challenging and prestigious development projects. We are looking for candidates with a passion for town planning and a demonstrable commitment to the profession and your career development. You should have an RTPI Accredited undergraduate/postgraduate degree in town planning or a relevant discipline. You will also ideally be able to demonstrate relevant work experience, including placements and internships. A full driver's licence is also required. If you join us as a Graduate Town Planner, we will commit to closely supporting your career through our bespoke Graduate Programme. This will include: Dedicated Mentoring

throughout the programme (and on-going within your career); An Individual

Development Plan to identify key objectives and goals; A minimum of 20 hours of

training/CPD each year (in various forms); and Support and mentoring to

help you obtain professional membership of the Royal Town Planning

Institute (RTPI). The closing date for applications is
