Join us. The SEA Business Engineering Management Graduate Programme is a two-year rotational scheme starting in September 2025, designed to give you real responsibility and a permanent job from day one. You will learn how our business operates to help shape our future

strategy to become a future leader building on your commercial, technical and professional skills.You will be working at the heart of our customer projects, gaining hands on experience from the start learning the complete business lifecycle. The programme will provide general operational, customer, commercial and team management exposure across key business

areas with smaller rotations across Production, Business Development, Marketing, Project Management, Supply Chain Finance and Commercial to build on your broader skills and knowledge.You will have the opportunity to become involved in real live client projects, learning as you go and making decisions that impact our business. You will have supported training workshops and development mentoring sessions to equip you with the skills you need

to progress and develop your career within SEA.

Working on a wide range of customer projects, helping to deliver projects, and liaise with customers Market research, analysing data and producing reports to help support future strategy Working on commercial bids and documentation, sharing good practice and knowledge to continuously improve business practices. An Engineering Business Management degree, or a Business and / or Management degree Great communication and teamwork skills Strong commercial aptitude, analytical ability with a curious and creative mindset.
