Youll benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance foraccreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the support and guidanceyou need to develop and succeed. As a GROW graduate you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed. Role accountabilities:As a project manager joining GROW, youll be working within a diverse team, cultivating a deep understanding of our sectors, building long-term relationships with clients and colleagues, and finding ways to improve ways in which we work. Youll be responsible for your monitoring progress of project work, liaising with clients, implementing timely resolution to issues, identifying risks in the delivery, coordinating with contractors and given every opportunity to build your skillsets. Accepted Degrees: BSc or MSc Construction or Engineering related degree such as Construction Project Management, Civil Engineering or Project Management. We also will consider those from a non-relevant background, including courses such as Law, Management and Business-related degrees etc, with view to supporting them through chartership. Qualifications & Experience: You will be graduating in or have recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree You will demonstrate typical Arcadian skills including Resilience, Creativity, Analytical Thinking and being a Team Player You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to use your technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders. Willing to travel and stay away from homewhen required (where possible we embrace virtual working)
