The Role: Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Step into an organisation renowned for delivering integrated design and technical expertise across diverse sectors, including defence, education, healthcare, commercial, and residential projects. Projects range from £500k to £15m, giving you exposure to an exciting variety of challenges and opportunities.

As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you'll work alongside experienced professionals, assisting in cost management, budgeting, cost planning, procurement, financial control, and final account settlements. With outstanding mentorship and guidance, this is the perfect opportunity to develop your skills and begin your journey toward MRICS chartership.

About You:

A construction-related, RICS-accredited degree. Eager to kickstart your career with outstanding training and mentorship. A strong desire to work toward APC and MRICS accreditation. A proactive and collaborative mindset with a passion for Quantity Surveying. Previous work experience or with a PQS / Consultancy environment is a MUST.
