As a Graduate/Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll specialize in finding top talent in the building services sector across key areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Public Health Engineering, Sustainability, and more. Your mission is to connect with and build networks of high-quality candidates and clients across the UK. Key Responsibilities:

Network Building: Develop a database of top-tier candidates and clients who trust you to deliver results. Pipeline Development: Build long-term relationships and a sustainable billing pipeline, while also identifying short-term opportunities. Sales and Engagement: Use diverse channels like phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media to engage candidates and clients and build your personal brand. Client-Candidate Matching: Identify and match candidates with client needs to close deals and drive business success.
