We have a content-led approach to recruitment which allows you to build proper relationships with clients and candidates. You'll be supported in hosting Podcasts and traveling around Europe once a quarter to meet clients & candidates. Benefits Package:
Basic salary of £23,500 - £25,000. 1st Year OTE £30k - £40k; 2nd Year OTE £40k - £50k; 3rd Year OTE £50k - £60+; 4th Year £60k - £100k. 30 days holiday plus bank holidays. Christmas Shutdown. Quarterly incentives: 2 UK and 2 European trips. UK trips including white water rafting, Zip World, go-karting, and escape rooms along with lunches and drinks. European trips to places like Tenerife, Ibiza, Prague, Budapest, Krakow, and Porto. Annual Global Incentive to places like Barbados, New York, Las Vegas, Miami, and Tokyo. Health Care & Pension.
