The broad aim is to learn how the recruitment industry works and more specifically the competitive advantages a niche specialist has and how to make the most of these. The personal aim is to pass through the graduate academy and develop a career in sales and sales management or recruiting and delivery or account management. During the first 6 months Graduate trainees will learn how to recruit, how to generate leads and how to present our agency and the group to clients and candidates, as well as the essential administrative disciplines particular to recruitment.
