As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you’ll: Identify and build relationships with high-calibre candidates and leading clients in the Banking & Finance sector. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing talent to facilitating successful placements. Collaborate with experienced professionals to deliver tailored recruitment solutions. We’re seeking ambitious graduates who meet the following criteria: A-Levels:
Strong academic performance (A-C grades preferred). Degree:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, or a related field. Experience:
6 to 12 months of Sales or Business-to-Business experience is a plus but not essential. Attributes:
