As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward through the successful placement of qualified professionals. Your primary tasks will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates, utilizing effective communication, and demonstrating a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Generation: Actively seek, identify, and attract a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates across various energy-related disciplines. This involves conducting thorough headhunting efforts, executing comprehensive pre-screening measures, and performing diligent reference checks to ensure that only the best talents are considered for our clients' needs. Client Relations: Take charge of managing and enhancing existing client relationships while simultaneously cultivating potential new business opportunities. This includes engaging in strategic negotiations to establish fair and beneficial contract terms, as well as diligently maintaining and updating client databases for seamless interactions and follow-ups. Engage in a robust recruitment process that encompasses every stage from job order initiation through to the final offer acceptance. This holistic approach will not only enhance your understanding of the recruitment lifecycle but also equip you with valuable skills that are critical for success in this dynamic environment.

Requirements:

What We Are Looking For:

A Bachelor or Master degree in any discipline. Previous experience in sales or recruitment is advantageous, but not essential. A full and clean UK driving licence is desirable but not a requirement.

Additional Attributes:

Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and organized. Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team. Professional demeanour with commercial awareness. Willingness to travel as required.
