in the past 3 years!) As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will: Build and manage a network of candidates within the Future Mobility field. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions. Proactively source and attract top Future Mobility talent using a variety of methods, including headhunting (LinkedIn), advertising (job boards), and networking. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to successful placement. Assist in business development efforts through prospecting and networking events. About you: 2:1 degree or above from a highly regarded University. Demonstrate a drive for success and resilience to overcoming obstacles. Communicate effectively and build relationships easily. Have an inherent competitive nature, demonstrated through competitive sport, sales positions, etc. A great work ethic, shown through part-time jobs, internships, or extracurricular activities (e.g., music, drama).
