Source highly skilled candidates through headhunting, interviewing, and providing quality service. Work closely with clients to fill their important vacancies. Attend industry events to network and build business development skills. Research and map out markets to build your presence within. Find talented candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network. Interview candidates to assess their suitability for the roles.
