What does the job involve?
As a 360-recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish. This includes:
Reaching out to potential candidates and clients including initial cold-call screening calls
Organising interviews and feedback
Negotiating deals
Becoming an expert in your market niche - in essence, you
