About the role Your role will focus on networking with candidates, understanding their key drivers and motivations, and becoming an expert in your market. Kernel Academy . You'll develop commercial, meaningful relationships with our client base and, in time, build a client network of your own through consultative business development. You'll identify and attract market-leading talent through delivering research projects and surveys, building market maps, analysing and reporting market trends, and working on the creation of value-added ED&I events. You are key to Dartmouth's success, and we will invest in your development to help you maximise your opportunity and progress to Consultant (and beyond!).
