We also have a dedicated public sector team that provides recruitment services to government bodies nationwide. The Role We are currently looking for a Recruitment Consultant / Delivery Consultant to join our fast-paced public sector team. The role will focus primarily on managing temporary vacancies across multiple disciplines within the public sector, ensuring that each day presents new challenges and opportunities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering recruitment solutions and building strong relationships with clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Managing recruitment campaigns for multiple public sector accounts Working closely with clients to understand their staffing requirements Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for temp roles Managing the candidate lifecycle and maintaining strong candidate relationships Achieving targets and KPIs within a fast-paced environment The Ideal Candidate: Previous recruitment experience is advantageous, but not essential Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Motivated, with a passion for delivering excellent service to clients and candidates A proactive and self-driven attitude What We Offer: A competitive base salary of 25,000 - 30,000 An excellent commission structure with OTE of 55,000 Full training and ongoing support Opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced team Clear career progression and development opportunities
