You will receive ongoing training, gain hands-on experience, and play a key role in driving business growth.

The business you’ll be joining is part of an impressive nationwide group who already employ over 1,700 people across the UK and have an annual turnover exceeding £1 billion. The Bracknell business specialises in the distribution of IT infrastructure, network cabling, and security products, delivering excellent customer service to sectors including installers, education, healthcare, and government.

Role Responsibilities

As a Graduate Sales & Business Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive training program that will equip you with all the knowledge, tools and skills needed to thrive in a successful sales career. You will:

Learn about key areas of the business, market and the company’s product range

Complete supplier training and sales training with external providers

Be mentored by a dynamic, motivated and successful manager

Work in a fast-paced and team-focused environment

Manage current sales accounts, spot opportunities for growth and maximise profitability

Have the opportunity to progress to a field sales role where you will travel and build strong relationships with B2B customers

Rewards

As a Graduate Sales & Business Trainee, you will receive:

Starting salary of £28,000 – £30,000

Your share of the company’s profits in the form of an annual bonus

Full training and ongoing development

25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Working hours are 8:00-17:30, Monday-Friday
